Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content tailored to each social media channel.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and credibility.
Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
Handle crisis communications and reputation management on social platforms as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-4 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience working in a fast-paced, remote (home-based) environment.
Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaign management.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Adaptability to evolving trends and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
