Roles & Responsibilities

As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Your work will directly contribute to shaping the company s online voice and driving marketing performance.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who is creative, analytical, and up to date with the latest digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand guidelines
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and manage community engagement
  • Track performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights
  • Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce high-quality content
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and tools
  • Experience with content creation, copywriting, and basic design tools
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Must be a Saudi national
