Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
- Create and curate compelling content tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- Analyze social media metrics and trends to refine strategies, driving continuous improvement in performance and engagement rates.
- Manage and oversee social media campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts in a professional capacity.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns that demonstrate measurable results.
- Certification in social media marketing or digital marketing from a recognized institution is a plus.
