Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to take full ownership of our brand channels and
shape how we show up online. You will translate brand vision into social-first strategies,
frameworks, and content that drive growth, engagement, and cultural relevance.
You should be fluent in platform dynamics, content creation, and cultural trends. You live on
the For You page, thrive on ideas, and know how to turn them into standout campaigns.

What you will do:

  • Develop and own a clear social media strategy with measurable goals, KPIs and execution roadmaps.
  • Lead the monthly content calendar and establish creative and copy guardrails to keep all channels consistent and on-brand.
  • Build social-first frameworks, flows and processes that drive audience growth, brand affinity and engagement.
  • Ideate, direct and oversee end-to-end content creation across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Partner with in-house creators, videographers and designers to deliver work that meets the highest creative standards.
  • Produce monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations and next steps.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, cultural shifts and social trends to keep the brand at the forefront of social commerce.
