Roles & Responsibilities

Egypt Education Platform is looking for a compassionate and skilled Social Worker for the Primary Stage to join Madinaty Integrated Language School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer individual and group counseling sessions for primary students to address emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.
  • Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to the needs of young learners.
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to foster a positive and nurturing school environment.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to support students well-being.
  • Connect families with relevant community resources and support services.
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions for staff focused on child development and mental health.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records in compliance with confidentiality standards.
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to policy development related to student welfare.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
  • Experience working with children in primary education, ideally 2-4 years.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills tailored to young children and their families.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Relevant licensure or certifications in social work are a plus.
