Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing the delivery of soft services within the organization, ensuring high standards of service quality and operational efficiency. The position involves supervising teams, coordinating tasks, and maintaining client satisfaction while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

  • Supervise daily operations of soft services teams, including cleaning, catering, and security.
  • Ensure service delivery meets established quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor service quality and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance service delivery skills.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate seamless service provision.
  • Address any service-related issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and performance metrics.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Assist in managing budgets and resources to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in soft services management.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the team.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members to enhance teamwork and collaboration.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

  • managing the project's full documentation requirements and possess comprehensive knowledge across all streams of Soft Services—including Cleaning, Pest Control, Landscaping, Waste Management, and Façade Cleaning.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant service management software.
