Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the soft services team, including cleaning, security, and landscaping.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality soft services, meeting agreed service levels and performance indicators.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of contractors and service providers.
  • Develop and implement soft services policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to soft services promptly and effectively.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  • Prepare and submit reports on soft service performance and activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the soft services team.
