Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily soft services operations, including cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and pest control within assigned properties.
- Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to ensure service delivery meets Emaar s quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of soft services staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to soft services activities and incidents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices for soft services management.
- Respond promptly to client and tenant requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Support budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for soft services operations.
- Participate in audits and quality assurance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in soft services coordination, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of soft services operations, including cleaning, landscaping, and waste management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
