Roles & Responsibilities

RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Soft Services Officer to join our team and support service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks. The role involves assisting the Soft Services Manager in conducting inspections, assessments, and monitoring programmes to ensure subcontractors comply with RKH standards and deliver services efficiently across the network. The Soft Services Officer will carry out site visits, identify and report observations affecting cleanliness and asset condition, verify completed work orders, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The role also includes analysing subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to requirements through regular inspections, supporting Railway Protection Zone activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives as part of the inspection team.
