Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging workshops that focus on communication, teamwork, and emotional intelligence, tailored to the specific needs of diverse audiences.
  • Assess participants' soft skills through interactive activities and provide personalized feedback to foster individual growth and development.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and resources that incorporate the latest trends and research in soft skills training.
  • Facilitate role-playing scenarios and group discussions to enhance critical thinking and problem-solving abilities among participants.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field, with a focus on adult learning principles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training or facilitation, preferably in soft skills development or professional coaching.
  • Certification in soft skills training or coaching, such as from the International Coach Federation (ICF) or similar recognized body.
  • Experience working in corporate environments, understanding the dynamics of workplace culture and team collaboration.
