Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions that cater to various learning styles, ensuring content is relatable and impactful.
- Assess individual and group progress through tailored evaluations, providing constructive feedback to enhance soft skills development.
- Develop customized training materials and resources that align with industry trends and the specific needs of the participants.
- Facilitate role-playing exercises and real-life scenarios to help candidates practice and internalize soft skills effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training, coaching, or facilitation, specifically focused on soft skills development.
- Certification in Adult Learning Principles or a relevant training methodology is highly desirable.
- Experience in corporate training environments, with a proven track record of successful program delivery.
