Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver engaging soft skills training programs tailored to client needs in sales, marketing, and customer service.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and customize training content accordingly.
Facilitate interactive workshops, webinars, and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with consulting teams to align training initiatives with broader business strategies.
Coach and mentor professionals to enhance communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules to support ongoing learning.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in soft skills development.
Provide actionable feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports for internal and client stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in soft skills training, professional development, or a related field.
Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs for adult learners.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
Ability to assess training needs and adapt content to various learning styles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working with sales, marketing, or customer service teams is highly desirable.
Proficiency with virtual training platforms and digital learning tools.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote/home-based environment.
Commitment to continuous professional growth and staying updated on soft skills trends.
