The program targets will combine hands-on technical learning with industry-driven project implementation. You will ensure that every session aligns with the project s defined scope of work, and learning objectives and that trainees gain the competencies required to succeed in real-world development environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
• TOT certified trainer or 5 years of experience training in the field.
• Proven experience as a software development trainer, instructor, or technical mentor.
• Strong hands-on expertise in web and application development frameworks and tools.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, deployment practices, and collaborative development workflows.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience of working in the GCC region on similar projects is preferred.
• Proven experience in delivering experiential and gamified training programs.
• Ability to collaborate with SkillUp MENA s internal teams to ensure training quality, logistics coordination, and alignment with project deliverables.
