Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze needs, shape solutions, gather and define requirements, lead business discussions, prepare functional specs, align R&D, QA and delivery, coordinate teams and train end-users to ensure smooth adoption and customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing ?
- Identify and collect customers requirements
- Conduct business meetings to analyze and frame customers need
- Conceive and define the optimal solution for customer need
- Prepare detailed functionnal specifications of the project
- Ensure clear understanding of customers requirements by r&d, QA, and delivery teams
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure workshops to train final user about our software
Desired Candidate Profile
You are a software engineer or you have a business degree with IT background, having ideally a first experience in IT consulting
- You are looking for a role providing daily interactions
- You aim to play a central role between customers and technical teams
- You have excellent writing and communication skills both in english and french
- You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- You are curious to learn autonomously about new topics
- You are a good listener and able to comprehend others perceptions
- You took for a life mission to understand others problems and bring them solutions
