Duties And Responsibilities

On Development & Customization

- Develop custom modules and features within the Odoo framework

- Customize and extend the functionality of Odoo ERP modules to align with client requirements

- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems, applications, and APIs to streamline business processes

- Perform data migration and transformation tasks to transition clients from legacy systems to Odoo ERP

- Design scalable and efficient solutions that adhere to best practices and coding standards

- Handle Odoo change requests and handle the troubleshooting of Odoo ERP users' day-to-day issues

On Product Performance

- Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of Odoo customizations and developments

- Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing

On Reporting

- Coordinate with all concerned to ensure smooth and timely completion of current programming tasks

- Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change

- Submit daily tasks report to concerned using Maliatec's designated application

On New Trends and Technologies

- Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments, releases, and best practices

- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and directions

- Learn any new solution when needed

Desired Candidate Profile

- Responsible for the development of MaliaTec's Odoo solutions projects.

- Responsible for building high-quality, innovative and fully performing Odoo modules and solutions in compliance with set standards and technical design.

- Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group policies and procedures
