Roles & Responsibilities

About the role

Full-time, 3 days in-person and 2 days WFH

  • Design and implement scalable CRM features and garage-facing SaaS components
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing mobile app modules for car owners (iOS/Android)
  • Integrate front-end interfaces with backend APIs, databases, and third-party services (OBD, payment gateways)
  • Design and build RESTful APIs and database schemas (e.g. Node.js, NoSQL Databases) to support both CRM and mobile clients
  • Integrate real-time OBD data ingestion and syncing for live vehicle health metrics
  • Write clean, testable code and own feature development from wireframes through release
  • Participate in sprint planning, agile ceremonies, code reviews, and rapid product iterations
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team of 3 talented developers and report directly to the CTO

Desired Candidate Profile

What you ll need

  • An impact-driven approach to work and life and genuine excitement about startups
  • 1 to 3 years of backend development experience, including building apps with Flutter or FlutterFlow
  • Solid grasp of software development principles, strong problem-solving skills, and experience leveraging AI coding assistants like Cursor
  • Proficiency in relevant coding languages and ecosystems (e.g., Dart/Flutter, JS/React)
  • BSc. in AI, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
