Job Description

• Build & Ship: Design, develop, and deploy scalable, cloud-native features using the .NET ecosystem and our automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work in a dynamic, agile team alongside product managers and designers to turn ideas into reality through brainstorming, planning, and code reviews.
• Develop Autonomous Agents: Pioneer the next generation of our software in an era of autonomous coding. You will architect and build sophisticated, multi-step autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning and tool use. This involves orchestrating chained calls to various LLMs, managing and summarizing long-term conversational memory, integrating diverse external tools and APIs, and engineering robust prompt templates to drive reliable, autonomous workflows.
• Write Quality Code: Contribute to our culture of excellence by writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Learn & Grow: Continuously explore new technologies, share your knowledge with the team, and actively develop your skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience (1-4 years) building applications with C# and .NET.
• A good grasp of software engineering fundamentals like OOP and SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with a cloud platform (like Azure or AWS).
• Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• A collaborative spirit and good communication skills.
• A degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent real-world experience.

Considered a plus

• Experience with distributed systems (Microservices, Event-Driven patterns).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with search technologies like Elasticsearch.
• A passion for automated testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
