Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions tailored to client needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, consultants, and project managers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Participate in the customization, integration, and implementation of ERP systems such as Odoo to optimize client workflows and processes.
Maintain and enhance existing software applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and best practices.
Document software designs, technical specifications, and user guides to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends relevant to business development and digital transformation.
Support the deployment and integration of digital tools to facilitate data centralization, process automation, and real-time monitoring.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of professional experience in software engineering, development, or a related technical role.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and their customization or integration.
Familiarity with web development frameworks and RESTful APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements
