Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications by translating user requirements into functional code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Document software design processes, architecture, and code for future reference and knowledge transfer.

- Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and proposing efficient solutions.
- Support deployment activities and troubleshoot issues in production environments to maintain service availability.
- Engage in agile development methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to enhance team productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, demonstrating a solid foundation in programming principles.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in software development, showcasing a track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, with hands-on experience in building scalable applications.
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL or NoSQL) and the ability to design efficient data models.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, enabling the development of cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development in the tech field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, embracing diverse perspectives and ideas.
