Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications ensuring their performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to design and launch new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best coding practices.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain the highest level of code quality.
• Identify and resolve software issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices and processes for high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with DevOps to manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Document development processes, coding patterns, and guidelines for future reference.
• Analyze user requirements and convert them into functional technical solutions.
• Engage in continuous learning and self-improvement to stay ahead with technology trends.
• Ensure software compliance with security regulations and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide technical mentorship and support to junior developers and interns.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of software development experience using Python.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Proficient with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
• Ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git for collaborative development.
• Exposure to cloud computing services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
• Good communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
