Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze and document software requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives, serving as the bridge between stakeholders and developers.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical specifications and system design documents that guide the development process and help mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions, ensuring the software meets performance standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of software systems to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements, enhancing overall quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is essential for a strong technical foundation.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in software analysis or a related role, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.
- Experience with software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Waterfall, to adapt to various project environments effectively.
