Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be the person who:

  • Receives our ideas, product goals and feature requests
  • Translates them into a technical plan, architecture and development strategy
  • Selects, recruits and leads the necessary team members (backend, mobile, AI, design, etc.)
  • Develops alongside the team, especially within AI, LLM-based systems and mobile app development
  • Ensures quality, structure and progress across all projects
  • Reports directly to the Danish founders

In other words, you will be: Keyformance s technical lead and main person on the ground in Egypt.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI-powered mobile app solutions (Flutter/React Native + OpenAI/LLM integration)
  • Build AI pipelines for image/scene generation and text generation
  • Develop the backend architecture (Laravel/Node/Python)
  • Recruit, manage and guide the development team
  • Ensure product quality, stability, scalability and timely delivery

  • Has strong experience in AI, LLMs and prompt engineering
  • Can build mobile apps using Flutter or React Native
  • Has backend development skills (Laravel, Node or Python)

  • Speaks fluent Arabic and good English
  • Wants to be a key figure in a new startup with major potential
