Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join our team.
The Software Engineering Manager will will lead teams of engineers & developers fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency, while ensuring that projects align with business goals and meet quality standards. He will balance technical oversight with people management and connect complex programming work with the strategic objectives of the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years in an Engineering Manager or Team Lead role.
- Strong understanding of:
- RESTful APIs & microservices architecture
- CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or similar)
- Agile methodologies
Desired Candidate Profile
