Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Software Setup & Deployment Install and configure VIPark software at client sites. Ensure all software components are functioning correctly. Test the system thoroughly before client handover. Client Training & Onboarding Train valet parking teams on how to use the system and follow the correct workflow. Provide clear instructions and hands-on guidance. Technical Support & Issue Reporting Identify, document, and report technical issues clients encounter. Follow up with clients until the solution is working smoothly. Coordinate between clients and the technical team to ensure timely resolution. Client Follow-Up & Success Conduct regular check-ins after installation. Ensure the software is stable, optimized, and fully adopted by the team. Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in IT support or technical fieldwork. Strong communication and training skills. Ability to troubleshoot and report technical issues clearly. Organized, reliable, and proactive. Willingness to travel to client locations across the UAE. English required; Urdu is a plus.
