Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead daily task management using tools like ClickUp or Jira, ensuring progress aligns with project timelines.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and roadmaps.
- Assign tasks to team members and track execution quality.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on blockers or delays.
- Coordinate between team members and departments for better collaboration.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews to ensure team alignment.
- Communicate with clients to gather feedback, align on requirements, and manage expectations.
- Continuously improve internal project management processes and team productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2 5 years of experience in project management (tech or software environments).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, especially Agile and Waterfall.
- Hands-on experience with tools like ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and soft skills to lead teams and interact with clients professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously with a proactive mindset.
