Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and software requirements, providing valuable input to development teams.
  • Investigate reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of software quality and functionality.
  • Estimate deliverables accurately and meet deadlines (including time estimation and story sizing).
  • Analyze test results and monitor software testing metrics.
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, testing types, tools, processes, and best practices
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect reports
  • Experience in using Bug Tracking Systems like "Jira" and "DevOps"
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like ERPNext or Odoo.
  • ISTQB certification is a plus
  • Automation Testing using selenium is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL Server is a plus
  • DevOps or ALM system-related experience is a plus
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Agile project experience is a plus.
  • Experience using API test tools, e.g., Postman.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
