About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you must operate in line with management directives and in accordance with the Company’s policies, standards, and procedures which form the organization’s quality management system.

You will be responsible for selling to SME accounts and supporting senior members of the sales team.

The operational responsibilities of this position are:

  • Generating leads by contacting potential to introduce the company and our products
  • Working closely with the pre-sales and marketing teams to generate leads for IBIS
  • Actively participating in social media marketing
  • Representing the company at industry events
  • Qualifying customers through primary and secondary research
  • Understanding customer requirements and presenting solutions based on IBIS
  • Delivering powerful product presentations
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer information and all customer interactions
  • Meeting sales targets

In addition to the above, you will be expected to complete any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor.


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.

Experience: 4+ years of work experience with project sales or with B2B sales of CRM/ERP software to the construction industry.

Driving License: Valid driving license (Required)

Knowledge: Understanding the workflow and operations of at least one of the following: engineering consultants, contractors, or suppliers.

Knowledge of CRM systems, document management systems, and project management software. Familiarity with SaaS systems and cloud computing.

Soft Skills: Analytic skills to understand workflow and business intelligence management problems and propose solutions. Strong presentation skills.

Qualities: Analytic and consultative business approach. Target oriented. Persistence. Follow-through.

Technical Skills: Ability to understand, map and streamline workflows using flow charts and other tools. Proficiency in using MS Office and internet applications. Ability to create business presentations using PowerPoint.

Languages: Excellent written and spoken business English.

Personality: You must be a positive people person with the confidence to present to senior decision-makers.
