Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities for LavaLoon s ERPNext, systems integration, and software development services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and capabilities of LavaLoon s solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to tailor proposals and solutions that address client-specific requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to ERP and software solutions.
  • Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and webinars to promote LavaLoon s offerings.
  • Provide feedback to product and development teams based on client needs and market insights.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of closed deals to the implementation and support teams, maintaining client satisfaction throughout the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in software sales and services. (Technology industry not IT structured)

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of ERP systems, software integration, or SaaS solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Willingness to learn about new technologies and industry trends.

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
