Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver strong>tailored software solutions/strong> that solve real business problems.
strong>Key Responsibilities/strong>
- Prospect, qualify, and grow new leads through outbound and inbound channels.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and propose the most suitable software solutions.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline; track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Conduct negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare sales proposals, commercial quotes, and commercial follow-up materials.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM; forecast sales and report weekly progress.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and onboarding.
- Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- 2 4 years of proven experience in Software Sales or Technical Sales.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models and software buying processes.
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable with high levels of outreach (calls, emails, meetings).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use CRM and sales tools effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Desired Candidate Profile
2 4 years of proven experience in Software Sales or Technical Sales.
