Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • • Provide L2/L3 application support for production systems across web and mobile applications • Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within defined SLAs • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes where applicable • Work closely with business, QA, and development teams to resolve operational issues • Execute minor enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes in existing applications • Write and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data analysis and fixes • Monitor application health, logs, jobs, and integrations • Support deployments, hotfixes, and post-release validations • Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, and incident reports Job Specs: • Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). • Strong backend development skills in at least one programming language (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP). • Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, Spring Boot, Laravel) and databases (relational and NoSQL). • Solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design principles. • Version control using Git. • Problem-solving ability and self-driven learning. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Mentoring and leadership skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar.
  • Has 3-5 years of experience in a software engineering or operations support role, with a focus on cloud environments.
  • Demonstrates strong experience in the technology industry with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
