Role Summary:
Seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with a strong background in MySQL, Linux, Mikrotik systems.
This role involves providing comprehensive technical support, conducting training, troubleshooting, maintaining databases, and ensuring system security.

- Offer IT support to both staff and clients, focusing on SMS, SMPP.
- Train users on software functionalities.
- Resolve technical issues efficiently and monitor system performance.

Desired Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements:
- 4+ years Experience in Software technical support role , with in-depth knowledge of MySQL, TCP, HTTP, Mikrotik system and SMPP protocols, SMS or telecommunication is a plus.
- Proficient in Windows/Linux, with solid networking and database skills.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT, or related, or equivalent experience.
- Ready to work overnight shifts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent at teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
