Missions

• Obtain a deep understanding of the product and absorb its functionalities

• Work closely with engineering and product marketing teams to understand project requirements

• Develop a clear and well suited product documentation, use cases and processes presentation

• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience

• Synchronize product manuals with new version releases

• Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement

Required Profile

• A degree in software engineering

• A minimum of 2 years experience in IT technical writing or as a software quality engineer

• Ability to understand, analyze and handle complex topics

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with English and French

• Proactive, curious, autonomous with good analytical skills
