Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans that reflect real-world scenarios, ensuring software meets user expectations.
  • Develop automated tests using scripting languages and tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analyze requirements and specifications to create detailed and effective test cases and test scripts.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with development teams.
  • Conduct regression testing to verify that new changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to developing quality standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application workflows and performance expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, enabling effective collaboration in fast-paced, iterative development cycles.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium or JUnit, ensuring efficient and reliable testing processes.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, allowing for effective test script development.
