MICIT group - Bevatel Company is hiring now a Software Test Lead.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Software Test Lead to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive quality across the entire development lifecycle. The Software Test Lead will be responsible for leading the testing strategy, managing test planning and execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet customer and business needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a quality-focused professional to take ownership of testing processes, mentor junior test engineers, and play a key role in the success of innovative digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing user stories/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with other team members.
• Execute all levels of testing. (System, Integration, Regression, Automated)
• Review business requirements and provide inputs.
• Prepare and review test plans.
• Prepare test cases, test scripts and test data.
• Execute tests. (manual)
• Testing Web services, APIs and Mobile Applications. (iOS&Android)
• Report defects and assist in their understanding.
• Familiar to use ALM tools like (Jira , tfs , jmeter , postman , trello , selenium webdriver).
• Good writing Bug Reporting & Test Case skills.
• Prepare and present test reports.
• Coach, share knowledge, and monitor junior test engineers to support their professional growth and
• ensure quality standards.
• Basic experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
• Ability to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Experience with different types of testing (performance, security).
• Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools.
• Lead QA initiatives and influence team practices.
• Articulate complex testing concepts.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide team members.
