● Lead and drive the solution architecture for complex programs. ● Facilitate consensus among various stakeholders to ensure alignment on solutions. ● Develop and maintain comprehensive Solution Architecture documents, using tools like I Server. ● Present and advocate for the proposed architectures in various Architecture Governance forums. ● Foster collaboration within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. ● Collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility. ● Ability to navigate and manage complex technical environments. ● Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

As a Solution Architect with BrainRidge Consulting, you will play a key role in leading the design and implementation of end-to-end technical solutions for our enterprise initiatives. You will collaborate with multiple agile teams, ensuring that our solutions align with business requirements, internal standards, and external regulations. In addition, you will work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Security Architecture, and various Application Subject Matter Experts to develop comprehensive solutions. Must-Have Skills: ● Diverse Technology Stack: Strong experience or knowledge across multiple technology stacks, including Mainframe, Java, full stack, web, and application servers. ● API Integration and Design: Proven experience in designing and integrating APIs. ● Cloud Technologies: Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. ● Streaming Technology: Experience with streaming technologies like Kafka. ● Messaging Technologies: Familiarity with various messaging technologies. ● DevOps/Pipeline: Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. ● Experience leading solution architecture in large-scale programs. ● Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
