Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Designing and recommending solutions along with roadmaps for proposed implementations.

Debugging issues and generating performance analyses for deployed solutions.

Documenting and sharing best practices while advocating for process improvements.

Communicating with teams, clients, and project stakeholders while providing technical oversight at all project stages.

Desired Candidate Profile

Having a diploma in Software Engineering.

  • Having proven experience in project management and solution delivery.
  • Good knowledge of JAVA frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and Frontend technologies (Angular, Javasscript).
  • Good knowledge of Elasticsearch and Postgresql technologies.
  • Mastery of all phases of the software development lifecycle and the delivery of solutions for web systems and the cloud.
  • Good knowledge of modern software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Possessing strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Adept at negotiation, persuasion, and decision-making, while demonstrating organization, credibility, and active listening.
