Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and implement microservices architectures that are scalable, resilient, and secure.

Lead the development and deployment of microservices-based applications, with a focus on mobile development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Solution architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Microservices, Python, Go, and .NET.
  • Must have banking channels experience.
  • Experience with Spring Boot and mobile development frameworks.
  • Knowledge of no-code/low-code platforms and serverless architectures.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Proficiency with Azure App Services and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Redis Cache.
  • Proficiency with logging tools such as Azure Log Analytics, Azure Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
  • Understanding of middleware technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Knowledge of API gateways and service mesh technologies.
  • Understanding of security best practices in microservices architectures.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
