Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

    • Designing and implementing complex network solutions, including LAN, SDWAN and WAN projects, MPLS links, and point-to-point leased lines.
    • Acting as a subject matter expert for L2/L3 data tickets, managing major incidents, and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
    • Working directly with clients as a technical point of contact to provide tailored solutions and high-impact support.
    • Managing Cisco Data Center environments (Nexus Series Switches 2k-9k) and Cisco DNA/ISE.
    • Creating detailed technical reports, including root cause analysis (RCA), and documenting network improvements.
    • 10 years of relevant experience in IT/telecommunications, specifically in Service Integrator (SI) domains.
    • Strong knowledge of IP/TCP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS), and security concepts.
    • Knowledge of Fabric Path, STP, VXLAN, ACI, MPLS, and OTV.
    • Typically requires CCNA/CCDP or similar Cisco certifications.
    • Familiarity with Cisco UCS and Data Center equipment.
