Roles & Responsibilities
Leading and mentoring a high-performing Solution Engineering team , fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and technical excellence.
Defining and driving the architecture vision across AI, GenAI, software, SP mobility, data center solutions, and other modern technologies to support customers digital transformation.
Engaging with customers and partners to understand business challenges and develop innovative, scalable solutions leveraging Cisco s portfolio.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams , including sales, product, and engineering, to align solutions with market needs and strategic goals.
Driving technical enablement and thought leadership within the Middle East region , positioning Cisco as the preferred technology partner.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.Sc. in Engineering or a related technical field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent).
Proven leadership experience in a similar Solution Engineering or Technical Leadership role, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strong architectural vision and expertise in modern technologies , including AI, GenAI, mobility, software, and data center solutions.
Deep technical acumen with hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions.
Excellent people and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
Leadership and industry certifications
Experience working in the Telecom Middle East region , understanding its market dynamics and customer challenges.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills , with the ability to engage audiences at industry events and executive briefings.
A passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing technical talent.
Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, AI and automation in addition to core expertise areas.
Ability to drive innovation and thought leadership , positioning Cisco as a leader in next-generation solutions.
