Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. New Business Development (Primary)

  • Identify and pursue new B2B and government opportunities Government entities and large enterprises like Hospitals and Oil & Gas
  • Prospect via cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) and RFP tender monitoring
  • Generate qualified leads

2. Sales Execution & Deal Support

  • Own early-to-mid sales cycle activities through discovery meetings and solution positioning
  • Coordinate with Technical team for presales support
  • Support proposal preparation and deal closure (supported by EVP)

3. Product & Solution Selling

  • Learn and confidently present Digital Lab products and service offerings
  • Position products as business solutions, not technical features

Desired Candidate Profile

Must-Have

  • 3 6 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling IT solutions, software, or technology services
  • Comfortable dealing with enterprise or government clients
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel and relocate in the future

Nice-to-Have (Strong Advantage)

  • Previous exposure to GCC markets
  • Strong connections and contacts within the Government Sector
