Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. New Business Development (Primary)
- Identify and pursue new B2B and government opportunities Government entities and large enterprises like Hospitals and Oil & Gas
- Prospect via cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) and RFP tender monitoring
- Generate qualified leads
2. Sales Execution & Deal Support
- Own early-to-mid sales cycle activities through discovery meetings and solution positioning
- Coordinate with Technical team for presales support
- Support proposal preparation and deal closure (supported by EVP)
3. Product & Solution Selling
- Learn and confidently present Digital Lab products and service offerings
- Position products as business solutions, not technical features
Desired Candidate Profile
Must-Have
- 3 6 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling IT solutions, software, or technology services
- Comfortable dealing with enterprise or government clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel and relocate in the future
Nice-to-Have (Strong Advantage)
- Previous exposure to GCC markets
- Strong connections and contacts within the Government Sector
