Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
 - Engage B2B prospects to understand their needs, provide information about our products, and guide them through the sales process.
 - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
 - Understand customer requirements to meet their business needs.
 - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations.
 - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value proposition of solutions offered.
 - Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
 - Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
 - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales leadership team.
 - Provide feedback from the field to contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in solution sales (IT background will be preferable).
- Analytical thinkers with creativity and decisive decision-making.
 - Efficient time utilization, prioritization, and organizational skills.
