Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support and develop new tabs on VAS Investigator tool
Knowledge sharing for any new information with 1st line team members.
Own complaints and cases escalated from first line.
Services Support for 24/7 availability
Handle customer care individual complains received from call center , retails , corporate and Dealers
Handle the incident management function for all services such as (Payment , Charging , IN, Messaging and VAS)
Handle the execution of the Changes requests CRQs for services domains (( Payment , Charging , IN, Messaging and VAS)
Provide & develop customized solutions and applications to most of the call centers teams to assist them handling customer complains faster and get MAX customer satisfaction
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communication or equivalent experience.
- 2 years experience in similar field
- Application support or Software developing such as UNIX shell scripting basic experience is a plus
- OS such as UNIX , LINUX
- Database administration or SQL scripting experience
- Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Dedication, sense of ownership, and ability to work within a team
- Innovative & creative thinking for new solutions, technologies and data protection
- The ability to work quickly, under pressure and to deadlines cross the function groups
- Eye for details and accuracy
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Communication or equivalent experience.
