Job description – Sort center Associate 

As a sort center Associate, you will work as part of sortation team the Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have obtained a matriculation degree or equivalent.
• Person with no criminal background.
• Literate enough to read and comprehend Basic English.
• Should be able to work in shifts.
• Organize warehouse space
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
• Team player with organizational skills
• Ability to lift or move heavy products.
• Ability to lift or move heavy products
• Must be able to work in shift.
•  

• Must be able to Sort packages based on size and destination, 
• Must be able to stand in one place for extended periods of time, and must be able to  walk a good distance around the facility - 
• Should be able to Build pallets, wrap pallets, transport pallets with pallet jack, and sorting packages and pallets. 
• Must be able to read and take direction in English.
• Must be able to with or without reasonable accommodation, lift up to 24 Kgs, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Must be  be able to continuously climb and descend stairs safely (applies to sites with stairs)

Must be willing and able to work on powered equipment-for example forklift or cherry picker
