Position Overview:

The Sourcing Manager will lead the sourcing team to secure requested products for buyers by onboarding new providers, activating existing providers, and matching RFQs with the most suitable suppliers. The manager will develop strategies to accelerate RFQ response rates and ensure the platform delivers value to buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to ensure timely fulfillment of RFQs.

• Oversee the identification and onboarding of new providers who sell requested products.

• Manage and optimize relationships with existing providers to increase their engagement and response rates.

• Analyze RFQs and ensure they are matched with the most suitable providers on or off the platform.

• Collaborate with the sales and activation teams to streamline provider onboarding and activation.

• Monitor the performance of the sourcing team and report on RFQ fulfillment rates and provider engagement.

• Build a database of suppliers across key industries to ensure a robust provider network.

• Identify and address barriers that prevent providers from responding to RFQs or using the platform effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with procurement platforms, RFQs, and supplier networks.

• Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex supply challenges.

KPIs:

• Percentage of RFQs successfully matched with providers.

• Number of new providers onboarded monthly.

• Response rate of providers to RFQs.

• Provider satisfaction scores.
