Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier agreements to optimize terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Production, and Finance to align sourcing activities with company requirements.
  • Lead risk management initiatives and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the sourcing process.
  • Prepare and present sourcing performance and cost-saving reports to senior management.
  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sourcing and vendor development.
  • Strong experience in raw materials and packaging sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract development skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance to make strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Desired Candidate Profile
