Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers according to company standards.
  • Request, collect, and compare suppliers quotations to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to secure the best commercial agreements.
  • Monitor supplier performance (delivery, quality, compliance).
  • Prepare and maintain supplier evaluation and performance reports.
  • Search and verify new suppliers in line with company requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to define material specifications and delivery needs.
  • Support procurement planning and maintain updated vendor databases.
  • Ensure full compliance with company sourcing policies and procedures.
  • Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities and market trends.
Technical Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Understanding of market analysis and cost control techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1 2 years of experience in Procurement / Supply / Vendor Management.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing principles and supplier management.
