Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de cuisine in the organization, preparation, and execution of traditional dishes.
- Supervise and oversee the kitchen team in the absence of the Chef.
- Ensure the gustatory, visual, and hygienic quality of preparations.
- Actively participate in the elaboration of menus and in highlighting traditional specialties.
- Manage supplies and ensure the proper storage of raw materials.
- Control compliance with hygiene, food safety standards, and HACCP procedures.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Woman, passionate about traditional gastronomy.
- Diploma in cooking or significant experience in the restaurant/hotel industry.
- Previous experience as a commis, chef de partie, or sous-chef.
- Sense of responsibility and team spirit.
