Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef de cuisine in the organization, preparation, and execution of traditional dishes.
  • Supervise and oversee the kitchen team in the absence of the Chef.
  • Ensure the gustatory, visual, and hygienic quality of preparations.
  • Actively participate in the elaboration of menus and in highlighting traditional specialties.
  • Manage supplies and ensure the proper storage of raw materials.
  • Control compliance with hygiene, food safety standards, and HACCP procedures.
  • Train and support junior kitchen staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Woman, passionate about traditional gastronomy.
  • Diploma in cooking or significant experience in the restaurant/hotel industry.
  • Previous experience as a commis, chef de partie, or sous-chef.
  • Sense of responsibility and team spirit.
