Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Supervise and guide the kitchen team during preparation and service
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Lead and train kitchen staff
- Control food cost, inventory, and suppliers.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes served.
- Manage kitchen workflow, food preparation, plating, and service.
- Oversee receiving and storage.
- Schedule kitchen staff across two operational shifts.

Proven experience as Sous Chef in hotels/resorts
Strong leadership and team management skills
