Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise and guide the kitchen team during preparation and service
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
  • Lead and train kitchen staff
  • Control food cost, inventory, and suppliers.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes served.
