Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operationsPrepare, cook, and present dishes across various cuisinesSupervise, train, and coordinate kitchen staffEnsure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standardsMonitor inventory, supplies, and procurementMaintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
Diploma, Culinary Arts degree, or relevant certification3 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably multicuisineKnowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
