Roles & Responsibilities

The Sous Chef supports the Head Chef in managing the kitchen s daily operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and smooth workflow. This role involves supervising the kitchen team, assisting with menu preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring efficient food production especially for caf -style dishes such as breakfast items, sandwiches, pastries, and salads.
